I love jillians dvds! I hav lost a total of 118 lbs by eating healthy and workout out with her 30 minutes a day 5 days a week! she kicks your butt but only for 30 minutes! :)

I've lost 118lbs and the best thing about it is how much energized and happier I am! I also love getting looked at now! I used to hide when I went out so no one would see me, but now I rock my new body! The worst would have to be the extra skin I have from being overweight! I just wish I could afford to get a mommy…
