I am proud because last night I did 3 miles on the treadmill and lifted weights. Usually I am doing good to do 2 miles but I made myself do 3 and then lifted also. It was the longest time I have spent in the gym, but today I feel so proud of myself.

I agree, I bought a camelback water bottle and I find drinking my water is easier now. I don't think I hate water, I just didn't drink liquids much at all. I have been adding lemon slices to my water. Hoping I will be able to one day just drink it plain. Right now I am trying to do what it takes to get at least 8 - 12 cups…

How does it figure what "the zone" is for you? Right now I am using the TDEE -20% so I was curious to see if it follows a similar formula. Thanks!

I like using it for "grilled cheese". Use spray butter, wheat bread and laughing cow cheese... Put some turkey on it too for a special treat. I love laughing cow cheese!!!
