  • I JUST decided today that I am going to start doing cardio twice a day also. Glad I'm not alone...lol. Seems the more calories burned, the more successful a person should be! But remembering to always listen to the body and make sure it's not getting overworked....perfect!
  • Try to include some type of strength training to your exercise regimen like doing some type of weight lifting with maybe two, 5 -pound dumb bells starting out if you've never lifted before.   • Lol. Sorry to hear about the pedal but way to go on the calorie burning! Next time, don't pedal so hard....lol. But I know those instructors will try to push people to the MAX! I really enjoy spinning though!
