Yep on level 2 and gained a lb and lost some inches. Can't wait to see how it all turns out when I am done. Although I am doing nothing but the shred at this time. NO extra cardio.

31 when my daughter was born. I wish that I would have had her say 27ish. We were not in a position to have a 2nd right away so she will be an only because I am too settled in my ways.

I would watch your sodium so that you aren't bloated for your fitting. I wouldn't try to lose specifically for that. Does it really matter if it is smaller?

Are you doing it at home? Doing it at home on hardwood floors might be hard, do it in socks. However if you are doing it on carpet do it barefoot. Your foot will slide better bare. At a class...well there might be rules against that..Just check

I would say sleep just for your over all health. I mean if you are feeling sleepy then what are you possibly messing with? Driving while sleep, not good. Work performance? not good. I vote for some at home DVD's for a bit to try to see how you can do with more sleep. Jillian is 25 min for most and you are done.

Pick one time to weigh yourself and stick with it. If you are going to do Wed AM then always do it then for logging purposes. If you choose Sunday PM then do it then. It doesn't really matter just as long as you are consistantly using the same time of day.

I would rather look better and feel better than concerned with what I weigh. I can now touch my toes without bending my knees! I found as I started excercising more and doing more weights that I needed those calories just to make me function. If you are doing more activities you probably do need more fuel. I myself am having trouble with my knees doing the 30 DS. I have gotten a knee support and it seems to help while doing the lunge/squats.

Working out seems to help with stress! Try to do DVD's at home or something so you can fit it in with your little ones. Good luck to you and Keep it up!

Jerky and nuts. We fly from PA to Oregon every year and we always take those staples on the plane.
