Dinner usually follows within about 15 minutes of working out.

I do it as soon as I get home. If I put it off until later in the evening then I won't do it. I usually start dinner if I need to, get it in the oven then go work out.

well I guess the question is are you trying to change your life or just lose for the short term? It has been suggested that you eat at least you BMR. You can manually set this. Honestly, try to just watch portions, don't feel like because you are out you need to stuff till over full. Take your time and enjoy the food and time with your mom. If it makes you feel any better try to fit in a good workout.

as your body adjusts to certain foods you may not be going as frequently as you used to. Also make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. 1 day of low water intake throws me off for days.

It sounds like you gained a bunch of water weight then it went away. If it continues like that for next week with you eating normally then I would certainly call your doctor.

I try to get as close as possible and not have any left over. I eat back my excercise calories so if I find after dinner that I am way off (more than 200) I will have a scoop of PB or a hardboiled egg for the protein to keep me full all night. I do the Wii fit and the Wii sports (boxing) I have also done a zumba basics Dvd. It was something different to shake things up. Just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd and going to do that tonight. A lot of people swear that one works.

I use it every day! I was amazed at how toned my legs and stuff got just by doing "video games" I took 2 weeks off and did a zumba dvd from the library. When I went back to doing the Wii, I had lost some of my stamina. I was surprised. I have started doing the strength training on there as well.
