  • I have orange Stoli and diet sprite once in a while. Log it, know that in the bar situation often comes the bad food. I see no problem with it. Just count it and make sure you drink lots of water before,after, and during.

  • NEPA here! Trying to get more in shape rather than concerned with lbs lost. So far have lost almost 12 lbs looking to lose about 20 more and about 5 inches off waist would be great! Welcome to MFP!
  • I have the chocolate every morning for breakfast. DO NOT DRINK IT WARM>>>Ewww. I would rather get 12 can for the price of 6 Slimfast.. I use it some times for other meals when I am on the run but mostly just for breakfast. Love it
  • There is sodium in some fruit. You need to check it out. I don't know what type of berry's but i just looked at this website and was amazed myself. http://www.dietbites.com/Sodium-In-Foods/sodium-in-fruit.html So what did they pick the highest sodium fruit to put in their medley????

  • Many people seem to stop losing on the scale and yet their clothes are getting loose. Scales lie as you will hear many times. Try measuring.
  • A lot of people seem to do well doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. You may not lose lbs but inches and I think that in your case you want to change shape/tone. Its worth giving it a try. I am going to start on it myself.
