I would be flipping furious! Before anyone else moved in this should have been talked out and agreed upon. Right now I would lay down the rules regarding partying/staying up late. This is YOUR house also and if she doesn't like it she can move right out.

Yes I hate it when you are eating something good for you and it is good for you, just not low calorie. Sometimes its the D'oh moment but like someone else said, think of the great nutrients you got out of it!

I make a breakfast sandwhich out of a toasted sandwich thin (arnolds) 1 egg scrambled w/ little milk and cooked in the microwave in a bowl 90 secs, with 3 slices of ham lunch meat heated for 30 secs in micro. My daughter is almost 5 and she doesn't know brands, Even if she did she still wouldn't get any thing unless it came from walmart, Kmart or payless shoes...If its good enough for me then its good enough for her. She wears uniforms to school so that helps but shoes and socks can be anything.

I usually bring a container of mixed veggies to microwave and then if I have left over meat that was grilled I bring that or some hard boiled eggs/egg whites for protein. Also I have my greek yogurt for snack in the afternoon.

Just make sure that you portion out yourself a serving. Then put the bag/jar/can away!!! I know that I can eat a whole bag of almonds in a little bit if I let myself (they are soo yummy)

Maybe you can buy some snacks to keep in your bag or purse to tide you over so that you don't go automatically to the bad food. I try to keep a special K meal bar in my purse for emergencies, so that I don't stop somewhere and buy a donut or chips.

If your busting your butt I would guess around 275-300. When I weighed 175 at 5'8 I would burn around 260. And that was HR avg of 163. using 3 lb weights.

I have changed what I drink. I have never been a big drinker but used to drink hard cider or wine coolers. Now I drink diet sprite with either orange or mango vodka. 70 calories vs 200 hmmmm and a lot less carbs!

I have 10 lbs to lose but I would rather be toned up and "look like i lost 10 lbs" than actually losing 10 lbs. Maybe if you change up your diet or excercise routine it would help. Also don't know if you are doing weights or not. That can help.

yes you can manually set your calories settings. Its the custom settings. 1200 calories is the default for a lot of people and it doesn't make sense.
