Well, I'm happy to report that since this post I've lost 14 pounds just by tracking and excercising! Just 6 pounds away from my doctor's suggestion! Now my plan is to tone my triceps, abs, and back! Hopefully by Spring of next year I will have a two piece swimsuit body ready for the summer!

Now, this is so true! I absolutely love going outside, BUT by the time I get half way to my running destination I feel the need to turn back around!

This is my first week with MFP, but it's the second week for me giving up beef & pork! It's really challenging because I am a true fan of pork skins!
