finished Day 2 upper fix. Loved it! only modification today was push-ups! am loving this program! :)

Started round 1 today. total body cardio fix done. very humbling. had to modify surrenders and Xcountry ski exercise. do i log my workout as aerobics? no HRM. Thanks, milo

so glad i'm not the only one to modify. my bum knee does not like the Xcountry ski thinf, and the run-kickout with the toes thing! :)

did cardio 1 today. am supposed to do again tonite, but my knee is sore...may do indoor cycling instead.

count me in. am hoping my knees will cooperate, they did not like turbofire! the post seem to say this prgram is easier to modify? am starting Monday. woohoo!

My knees are bothering me too after ~5 wkouts. i wnt and bought those foam puzzle piece squares to put over the carpet when i wkout...hoping the extra cushion and a slidey surface will help. anyone else find a solution? :/

yes, but i have found that it doesn;t work as well when you swim....something about the prone body position goofs it up? :smile:

I would go with what your own heart rate monitor says...a lot of the newer polar ones will synch to you and your personal stats. In fact, i find a big difference btwn my calorie burn according to MFP, and my HRM....i gi with the monitor b/c it i monitor my own heart beating...not an avg preprogrammed into a machine or…
