ok, so I have my turbo fire which I love to death and I am in the middle of week 2 of the 90 day body revolution by Jillian. I was doing turbo but then decided to change it up. Now I am thinking of doind one first thing of a morning and the other in the mid afternoon. Anyone have any ideas on this ar any good input? I weigh 225 so I can definently stand to lose a lot of weight!

Personally I think you should focus on completing one program at a time and then if you still want to do both, create a hybrid schedule. If you do both, you may be pushing yourelf too hard and may not get enough calories in for what you are burning. I couldn't decide between two programs and just finally realized that Rome wasn't built in a day and either were my hips and thighs. I think slow and safe is the best way.

My right knee is weak from years of softball and sliding but I know my limits with it. I modified the moves I had to and all was well. For the most part it didnot bother my knees at all. I felt more in my core areas than anywhere else. It is a great program and I highly reccomend it. 2 years ago I was pushing 370. I am now 213. Anything is possible with the proper motivation and support. Find like minded people to surround your self with and help each other stay motivated. Good luck!
