I think i'll just do my regular 30 points since i don't feel hungry at all and i feel much better then before doing it. I signed up a long time ago so I have book but I know they won't let you do it just for their own safety

I didn't track the sugar till I saw your post, I tracked cholesterol, protein, fat,sodium and carbs. In my opinion it's better to watch let's say cholesterol then sugar b/c if you are going to try to keep good sugar off like fruits then you'll automatically will eat foods high in cholesterol.
