  • You have to have a cheat day every so often. Your body get's really good at breaking down the food you consume. Especially when you are dieting and tend to stay with familiar foods. Cheat days are a way to keep it on its toes.
  • I'm usually in the gym about 45-60 minutes 3 days a week. I don't do cardio, (never have liked running) but have a job that keeps me fairly active and off my butt all day.   • You should look into Intermittent Fasting. In a nutshell, you are eating all of your calories in an 8 hour window instead of eating throughout the day. I'm doing IF and also on a 500 kcal deficit and within 3 weeks I could see the results without using a scale.
