i have the same problem! i have to eat breakfast before 0630 andim STARVING by lunch. recently ive been drinking protein for breakfast. yeah it has quite a bit of calories, but you start off with protein and it really keeps me full. theres plenty of yummy kinds too. hope this helps!

i hope you really get into working out. its a great way to feel better about your body and also releases endorphins. i find it therapudic after a long day at school, to just unwind and go for a run, not thinking anf enjoying nature. also, yoga is very peaceful.

from what ive learned i know that you want a powder that is low in calories but high in protein, however if youre trying to not bulk up you have to be conservative with how much you drink. i think a good amout is less than 300 calories and about 20 g or protein. ive heard that a grown mans body cant digest more than 28 g…
