That is what I decided to do last night. Go a month and see how I am doing, then adjust if necessary. Just confusing because my Fitbit says I am only burning around 2000 calories a day, so I am worried about upping to 2100 on workout days. We will see how it goes!! Thanks :smile:

I don't warm up on each exercise. I do a little bit of cardio and stretching before I begin. Not sure if that is correct, but that's what I do!

Not sure your numbers are correct there. Your BMR cannot be higher than your TDEE...

I use recipes from Skinnytaste.com quite a bit. Still allows me to have my favorite foods, but I feel a little better about it!

I completely agree...I have never been a sweets person. If given the choice at a restaurant, I will order an appetizer for dessert! And cheese is my absolute favorite food. It is definitely something I have to keep a watch on :smile:

I recently went through this myself, and I was told: nutritional info for things like rice, pasta, beans, etc. is before you cook (dry), and for meat it is after you cook it (unless it specifically says "precooked weight" on it).

I am in Las Colinas and soo many people bike around here. Would love to strap a kid's seat on a bike for my little guy and go, but doesn't seem too practical in the summer.

I would definitely up your calories as well. Not that I'm an expert or anything, but if you are lifting and doing cardio your body certainly needs more fuel! I just upped to 1800 and I'm going to try that out for a couple of weeks now that I started NROL4W. It's all about trying something for a while and making adjustments…

Got it figured out for my walking stride :) Now, I think I will figure it for my running stride on the treadmill. This is where I do all of my running, so I think it makes most sense there. Thoughts? Thanks for all the help!!

This may sound really weird, but do you keep your mouth open when you run? If I do, I feel like my lungs are going to explode...no matter what the distance is. If I keep my mouth closed and regulate my breathing through my nose, my lungs feel great and I can run forever. May not work for everyone, but definitely helps me!…
