I think your body is confused. I think you need to just keep eating right and doing what you can and it will catch up with itself. Best of luck to you.

Bradfordbear! I loved your response!

I agree. I used to feel that way but now it I feel like I am paying the same $$ they are and I am not there for them, I am there for me and my family. They can leave it they don't like it. I also agree about the trainer and the doctor being able to help you out here. BTW...I am still about 70 pounds overweight and I do…

Thanks for sharing. I sounds delicious. I would need to find a low carb option to sub in for potatoes.

That is AWESOME.

I feel the same way and I cannot believe I did this to myself and look back and how long it has been since I have been fit and I am disgusted. I think I am finally on track now. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I am on here every day will hunt you down if I don't see you for a few days!

Anyone here, Please feel free to add me. I am on every day and am highly motivated. I do low carb so I eat gluten every once in a while by not much. I have been on and off of here plenty of times but making friends has made a world of difference to me. Click my name by my picture and it will give you the option to send a…

I am 52 and finally think I am getting the hang of this. Having MFP friends has REALLY helped me more than I could have imagined. Please feel free to add me. Anyone else as well.

I figure everytime I mess up and get back on track right away I am learning what it will be like to maintain my weight once I lose it all. It is a learning curve to expect perfection from yourself. What would you tell a dear friend that confessed that to you? What ever it is, say that to yourself.

getting off sugar helped me a lot. I can go longer without eating (I don't but I can) because I don't get those wild blood sugar swings and start shaking. I will friend request you.

hahahahaha between this and your profile pic, I am dying!

Sorry to hear about your junk. I think you should get started up again and continue on like you killed your workout yesterday and let it be. And whatever you were doing when you um, shall we say...injured yourself, for goodness sake don't do that again!

I have heard this too. Do you track what you have eaten to make sure you are being accountable to yourself for it. Maybe make yourself track it BEFORE you eat it. That might be a good deterrent.

Everytime I am in my bathroom. Sometimes I go for best 2 out of 3. LOL

Do you have someone who you really feel you can be accountable too? That is what it took for me. My doctor set me up on a program and I had to go in and face her weekly (at first) to weigh in, show her my food and exercise log and talk about the next week. I think that is why Weight Watchers works well for some people too.

I had a body media core. There was no distance tracker, It broke right after the 1 year warranty ended and I had it deactivated for 4 months of that. It was clunky to wear on the arm. The plastic on the arm band also broke and the usb cord had to be replaced. $6.95 per month. I would say it should be on your NO list. I…

First of all...Thank you for your service. Sorry to hear you are having such a bad time and have paid so dearly. That being said I think it says a lot that you are here and reaching out. Please feel free to add me as a friend for encouragement or I bet there are a lot of people on here that would support your endeavors and…

I have a black silk skirt with a little slit and a red embroidered crane around the slit and a sleeveless silk red blouse. I call the skirt my "me love you long time" skirt. Although, it is not nearly as skanky as it sounds now that I write it out. Anyway, I don't even think I want to wear it. I just want to know I could.
