We all have our ups and downs. Sometimes I feel like that too. A change in scenery always does the trick and a good laugh or hug from a friend or favorite show/movie... Hope you feel better. :flowerforyou: :heart:

You need to start toning up your body so your skin will tighten up as you shrink in size.. try lifting weights and other toning exercises throughout the week along with your cardio exercise.. that will help!!

Fruit cups are good for me when I'm on the go or just want something else to munch on in between meals. have you tried the 100calorie snacks they have many different ones to try, or just measure out whatever you have in the house, look at the calorie count for each…

I've always wondered that as well! I think its probably just best to change your goals once you've lost a few lbs. then change it as you go!

I've tried them before and they are pretty good! Try the original one and see if you like it. Some of the flavors I don't like but I do like the original. I also like the morning star veggie burgers, those are great too! Try them and see for yourself.

well it sounds like your already doing a good job motivating him which is very good! motivation is key to losing weight!! :happy: I agree with the others, get him to the dr. asap so they can determine what steps would be good for him to take, but in the end its up to your father to want this change.

:blushing: I can admit i have been eating dessert too but i've still been losing a 1lb a week which isn't bad but yeah it prob is the sweets. i've been trying to burn at least 400-500calories per workout try upping the number of cals you burn in your workouts. if we can steer clear of the sweets too we will prob will lose…

I did my workout today but yeah i ended up splurging today :embarassed: .. hotdog, hamburger, ribs, corn, macaroni salad, and had two cupcakes. :noway: they looked so good! :tongue: getting back on the saddle tomorrow.:happy:

I'm a bite of night owl myself Haha! I have a light snack like yogurt, a bowl of cereal, or some fruit and water.. tea is good too! or drink some water with crystal light. its low on calories and great on taste and will help curb them hunger pangs only 10cal.
