I'll have to make up for a few pounds added this last weekend so 10lbs sounds good to me. Back to walking 90 mins 3x a week and watching everything I put in my mouth. I usually see my whole family around thanksgiving and xmas and would love to look and feel confident.

After 2 junkie days, craft beers are so full of calories, 2 tacos from Bill Miller's and one slice of pizza from Costco, I just about derailed, lol, but I have 2 days of eating well since Sunday so I am back from that. My mini goal today is to stay within my calories, don't eat after 7 and drink plenty of tea and water.

Caveman Power? Why am I envisioning Captain Caveman? You can't eat "anything you want" on paleo unless it's meat, vegs, fat & fruit. Never heard of this guy, but he's basically telling you to eat sugar (fruit) and peanuts (not the best source of protien, nope) all day and party all night. I'm giving it a thumbs down.

Taking a break from exercise today, organised makeup, and goodwilled some size 16 and 14 pants and exlarge shirts.
