I made this and it should have been delicious, but tasted like sawdust , so I threw it out. I also made Low carb, gluten free Turkey Sausage Stuffing and that tasted just fine to me. Those were the only two things I made changes for, but kept everything else to a minimum (didn't have any potatoes though)…

I am into my 4th week of the Keto eating plan, 20 g carbs or less (until today, our Thanksgiving celebration -- about 40 carbs). I am doing really well with it, losing about 1 lb a week and rarely ever hungry. The only thing I seem to miss on occasion is a sandwich, but the craving goes away rather quickly.

I used to be set at 30 g per day and I ate a lot of veggies, but still needed fiber powder to reach my goal.
