Yep, mine is starting to get glitch too. I put something on the scale and the numbers keep changing every few seconds, and yes I've changed the batteries (had it for about 3 years). Walmart is as good of place as any to get one

I too like it, I make mine with coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, and heavy cream then whip it together with my nutribullet (blender is fine too). It is meant as a replacement for breakfast, at least for me calorie wise.

How often do you eat low carb? It is my understanding that for your body to become fat adapted you had to be in ketosis for 3 days to a week (for most people). That may explain your hunger, although keto isn't for everyone, I too don't get as hungry and my cravings have just about disappeared.

I have been keto for 5 months now, was at 20 g carbs or less, but now 30 g or less. I have never had keto breath and there are no ketone in my urine. Make sure you up your sodium, potassium, (Morton lite salt has both) and a magnesium supplement will help keep your electrolytes in balance. Drink plenty of water too

A problem I have never had so I can't help you. I don't let anyone eat off my fork, drink out of my glass, and I certainly am not touching anything someone else has already eaten off of. Nope, just can't do it

hmmm, someone should tell my husband. His plate is usually empty by the time I get to sit down to eat and he is thin. I on the other hand am the one usually still sitting at the table eating my dinner while everyone else is getting seconds or dessert and I am 60 lbs over weight, I have never inhaled my food.

to show the difference, I am 5'4" 54 and maintain at 1700 calories and I clean houses for a living 2, 3, and 4 per day 5 days a week
