60.8 lbs to go as of this morning, knee injury is slowing me down a bit, but only because I have been lazy and not doing my exercises to strengthen the muscles around it. Yep, doctor nor I are concerned since it is not that high. They are not half bad and I use Walden pancake Syrup, but not a lot of it as I don't care for the "fake" sugar after taste much, but it does give it the maple flavor that I like.

My S curve is out of wack....out too far at the top (dowagers hunch) and in too far at the lower back. I was told to think Military posture....Stomach in, Shoulders back, Chest out. But definitely core strengthening is needed.

It counts everything accurately if it's entered into the database accurately. If you want it to count net carbs then your out of luck unless your using a desktop computer

Also if you find yourself not getting enough fats you could make "fat bombs" if need be. Google it and you will find a multitude of recipes
