Olive oil, Avocado oil (though a bit expensive), coconut oil, butter, peanut butter, cheese, nuts

Nope, there will always be things they don't have that you will have to go to another store to get

Depression can cause you to not wake while wetting your bed, often people themselves don't realize they are depressed.

This is what I have read, but since I don't do science you can explain what you know. https://healthimpactnews.com/2014/mct-oil-vs-coconut-oil-the-truth-exposed/ http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/mct-oil-the-coconut-oil-dregs/ https://authoritynutrition.com/mct-oil-101/

I have been keto since November 1st, 20 g carbs or less per day (except the day I didn't know that liver has carbs) and the test strips barely register anything, so I am not sure how accurate they are or maybe I just got a bad batch

interesting

I have tried it, but I don't care for it. The peanut butter flavor to me is very weak, but if I wanted some peanut butter flavor and not all the calories I would opt to use it in a protein shake.

If I had the time (maybe later) I would link the article that says MCT Oil is no better than plain old unrefined coconut oil, and there are less than 1 gram of carbs in a Tbsp of heavy cream and lots of fat so it's perfectly fine for Keto. The OP never said "Bulletproof" coffee, they said "Keto" coffee.

I also find it easier to stick with than the traditional diet of just cutting back, however when I get down to the weight I want to be then I will be going to low carb (150 carbs or less) and not strict keto (20 carbs or less), which is what I am doing now. I want to be able to have more veggies than what I am currently…

can be used in any dish that you want to add a smokey flavor to, I like to add a couple of drops to my keto bbq sauce

Never heard of it, but then again I have only been a ketoer since November 1st. I'm sure a lot of newbies to keto haven't either, so this is what I found. http://girleatsketo.com/index.php/2016/08/21/girl-eats-keto-ketorade-recipe/

This is soooo me! Keto helps me stay in control, but it's not for everybody. It's just another way for some people to control CICO

https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search, I search my food here and then look for the listing in MFP (copy & Paste), double check that the amount and calories match

I used to hate water, but I forced myself to drink it anyway, now I like it...not more than my coffee mind you...lol
-
yep, cut down on the carbs if you want, but you still have make sure your not eating more calories than your burning

I finally had a chance to look at the diet and the foods not allowed and I agree, Paleo seems to be the right one. I only had a chance to see the "quick" version which showed 5% carbs 20% protien 75% fats (Asprey), which is the same as the ketogenic eating plan that I follow, I didn't think Paleo was that low in carbs.

Your lucky, we don't have any water buffalo at all in the countryside.....

According to the info the OP gave, with no exercise she would have to settle for approx 1lb a week @ 1000 calories a day or move more to be able to eat 1200 calories and still lose. At least according to http://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/. I personally think she'd do better at 1/2 lb a week which averages about 1200 calories.…

I am doing the Keto eating plan and I totally agree with the bolded part! You do NOT have to eat in any certain way, or the same thing every day (unless you like to) to lose weight.

Keto here, so depending on how many carbs and Calories I have left, Sugar Free Jello or Sugar Free Pudding
-
Not sure what you hope to gain from them, but what ever floats your boat
