Meat 'measurements' in MFP

Are the meat measurements in MFP pre-cooked weight or post cooked? For instance, if I cook up some 92/8 ground beef, and throw 4 ounces on a lettuce wrap, should I log 4 ounces, or whatever the precooked weight was? If so, how much should I log for 4 ounces of cooked 92/8 ground beef?

Meats are weighed raw unless otherwise noted. If you've already cooked it, look for a listing for 92/8 ground beef cooked.0

https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search, I search my food here and then look for the listing in MFP (copy & Paste), double check that the amount and calories match
