  • I'm 5'7" and my goal is 1450 calories with no exercise/sedentary lifestyle to lose 0.5 lb per week. I eat back my exercise calories and make sure I stay above my BMR and it's been working pretty well for me. I just started classes again 2 weeks ago, so since then I've been more maintaining than losing because of a…
  • Graduate Student/Research Assistant in mechanical engineering.
  • I'm a 24 year old graduate student studying mechanical engineering. Don't know if that counts, but feel free to add me!
  • I'm a mechanical engineer. I'm more likely to try to fix things than my fiance. I love video games, action movies, and sci fi/fantasy novels. I don't wear makeup most days and I let my hair air dry. My typical outfit is a t-shirt and jeans.
  • I'm currently at 131 and my goal is 125 (started at 140). I'm going for 125 and toned because that's where I was at in high school when I worked out every day, and I felt like I looked great then. I'd say I'm a medium frame and roughly pear shaped.
  • We were together about 7 1/2 years before getting engaged. We'll have been together about 9 1/4 years by the time we're married in January. We've been dating since high school but waited to get engaged until we both finished college. Then we waited to start planning the wedding since I was starting grad school and there…
  • It depends on the day. Some days I take a half hour or so walk right after lunch, and other days I do Wii Fit after dinner (I eat at about 5:30 and work out at about 6:30 to give my stomach a little time to digest).
  • I played WoW a lot in college but quit when I started grad school (wasn't playing enough to justify the subscription). Right now I play mostly League of Legends and Dawn of War 2 (and Wii Fit if you count that as a game). I'm also working on a Warhammer 40k Space Wolves army. I definitely agree that it's tough to lose…
  • I just pick one of the options on here and then manually enter the calories that Wii Fit Plus said I burned.
  • I just got Wii Fit Plus and the balance board a few days ago. I think it will be good for me since I have a hard time getting motivated to exercise, and making it more of a game will help. We'll see how it goes weighing myself every day; up till now I've been weighing in once a week.
  • I'm 24 and just joined the site today. I'm just starting out but I want to lose about 10 pounds. More importantly, I want to be more active since I normally sit at the computer all day for school and then I come home and read or play video games. I'm a graduate student, so something that's going to be tough for me is…
