Hi the inches were lost from going to a ladies only gym. Its a 30 minute circuit, 3 mins on each machine. The machines were bike, chest press, leg curl/leg extend, inner/outer thigh, floor exercise, triceps/bicep, ab machine, a machine that worked arms, floor exercise then a strech machine. Started gym nov 2010, finished…

Just going gym really. Didnt really stick to any diet as such, making sure i have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and drinking water xx
