Just took a 24 minute walk on the bluff trail at Camano Island State Park. 1.37 miles & I was breathing hard. It's been probably 6 months since I walked here & actually did much exercise at all. Now on to sand the shelves in the entry way & get things painted there. Will post a pic when it's done.

Great post. I think the term sushi means different things to different people. I love making my own nori rolls using my husband's home-smoked salmon or just tofu & vegies. They're very healthy!

I find it helpful to eat a lot (4-5 cups) of fresh vegies a day. They're very filling & nutritious & don't have many calories. If I feel as if I need more protein in my day, I dip the vegs in hummus. Yummy!
