Here's a couple ways I use it: -Add a couple tbsp. to plain greek yogurt and eat like that or use as a fruit dip -blend into a chocolate protein shake (Reeses shake!) -dip apple slices in it -low cal. PBJ -Prepare and mix with soy sauce, then top over cooked spaghetti squash

Check out my diary for today. It is super low in calories because I'm not gone eating but at 950 cals there is already 87 grams of protein and im full! I eat egg white omelets, cottage cheese, tuna wraps, and whey protein (trust be, shakes can be the most delicious and quickest meal!)

When I get my tablespoon fix, I put it on the highest shelf in the cabinet with a few cans of beans or soup on top, then lots of heavy items in front of it so I only take the time to dig for it if I REALLY need my PB lol.

the glycemic index of whole wheat pasta is much lower than the white version, less sugar spiking = less cravings!

You guys were so helpful! I'm definitely going to be watching my sodium intake from now on and also my sugar intake... it's probably off the walls from all the fruit I eat :/

a 1-day water fast here and there is okay. I don't know how some people do 20+ day water fasts but I don't see how it can be healthy. I would rather do a juice fast! And I can definitely see how after a water fast one would want to binge and that can cause serious health issues :P

This morning I made a green monster: -1 banana -2 handfuls spinach -1 scoop protein powder tastes just like a banana smoothie and less than 200 calories :)

I am drinking the grape Mio water right now and I have lost 2 pounds (probably water weight) in the past 2 weeks by drinking more water and this is my drink of choice :)

Ditto! Some times I can get away with a slice if cheese or Greek yogurt but not much :/ good thing almond milk is healthier anyways!

low fat salad dressing makes me binge! I have no idea why! I can't remember the last time I had full fat though so it might do the same. I try to stick to salad spritzers or vinegar.

Haha you weren't kidding! I noticed that quite a bit of your fat came from coconut oil and that is supposed to be the healthiest fat + metabolism booster. I think I would die on low carb but it works insanely for those who can make it!

I love SOBE lifewater but it is sweetened with Truvia (with contains erythritol *sp?*) so I get bloated when I drink the whole bottle :( I don't think it has this effect on most people, I'm just super sensitive to sugar alcohols, even the natural ones like Truvia. I found that my last 5 pounds were water weight, and drinking TONS of water helped me expel it! Great tip about the olive oil. I bet coconut oil would be a great one to try since it's claimed to be a weight loss god.

I wear Nike tempo shorts because you can't see an underwear line. If I'm wearing cotton shorts or anything tight, always a thong!
