Question for those who have used rice protein powder?

I have a tub of vanilla rice protein powder that I plan on using for smoothies. It says one "heaping tablespoon" is 60 calories. How do I determine a heaping tablespoon? Also, any recipe ideas? For now all I can think of is a basic banana protein smoothie. Thanks!

Try adding frozen mango halves, it adds a natural sweetness and thickens the shake. I also use frozen strawberries. Yum!0
