fruits are perfectly fine, it's processed sugar that's bad. oh but who am i to tell you such. i eat something with processed sugar everyday. from white bread to candies. it's kinda ok if you ask me, just don't overdo it. and one more thing, as long as you eat those kinds of sugar, you'll never get rid of cellulites :D

like those v secret models that leave my mouth agape and makes me want to have my body undergo liposuction and all those crap. but the motivation is cool, when i remember them on that cat walk i'd just keep running on that damn treadmill until i can't remember whatsherface coz of total fatigue.

For me, seeing the scale go down every time i step on it gave me the motivation to continue. no crash diets huh? and try to go on at least a 30-min. workout everyday. Good luck! i know you can do it! post a picture of yourself now. and you'll see a very big difference in a while.

Yeah, i have my cheat day once in a week. i eat anything i want- even if it's two cake slices or more. i gain a pound that day- i lose 3 the next days. :)

nope. i've tried 800 cals before and i think i almost experienced hallucinating. specially because i'm working out. i lost 3 lbs. a week. then i upped it to 1,300 cals.which made me lose 1 pound a week, then my body adapted to it and i after a week i returned to losing 3 lbs a week. then i'm not scared to go beyond that…
