Hey people! I'm new here

I'm Carrie. Not new to weight loss, but new to this site. I downloaded the app and neglected to use it. Well, here I am. I joined a gym and have lost 8.5 pounds so far. I could use all the motivation you guys have to offer! Feel free to add me :) I log my exercise and diet daily.

    Me too! i didn't use it because i wasn't really taking weight loss seriously. but when i used this, the weight loss was superb. here are a few tips that worked for me :)
    - NO CRASH DIETS
    - at least a 30 min. work out a day
    - have a cheat day :)
    - eat 6 small meals rather than 3 big meals of the same calorie amount.
    - and don't lose hope :D that's about it! good luck!
