    Not only do you look awesome, you also look 10 years younger. I often wonder what the #1 thing a person can do to look younger, you are the answer, lose weight. Nice work and thanks for sharing your story.

    All that I can say at this point is Thank You to everyone that has been positive and supportive. Everyone here can do this. I thought this was an insurmountable goal when I started, but I learned quickly to work towards small goals.

    Pick something special and work towards it. Those shoes in the 2nd picture.. Very nice goal :).. part of my shopping spree at one point. The shoes that I'll post in the next picture.. my next shopping spree in Chicago. Just make it something. Doesn't have to be big, but make it count! This is you.. this if for life.

    100lbs is just losing 10 lbs.. 10 times. :) A smile goes a long way too :).
