I make this with my left over chicken all the time. @Mrs. Wonderland: you are right, they don't recognize me. I just wish that some did :sad: Some of the people that are the closest to me have not said even one word about the weight I've lost. Not..."Congratualtions", not "you look good"...nothing. It's ok, I didn't do it for them in the first place.

I might add, I did NOT have surgery...lots of people ask me. I do have slightly excess skin in my lower tummy area but no enough to have surgery. If my job were not so demanding, I could probably tone that up enough to "even" out with the rest of my body. Hoping this last 24 pounds will help with that too.

I do agree that you can have anything as long as it's in moderation. I have lost 113 pounds just counting my calories. I have basically eaten anything I want...just less of it. However, once you start LEARNING to eat healthy, you tend to make better choices. So, intstead of using my calories on a chocolate chip cookie, I…
