I need ideas for either grilled or baked chicken that I can heat up at the office so I don't get tired of eating it every day. Any recipes you can share?

    I make this with my left over chicken all the time.
    Shredded Chicken
    1 bar FF cream cheese
    1 can corn, drained and rinsed
    1 can rotel tomato
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    I make a salad of lettuce, tomato, and onion and heat this up to eat on top. If I have the extra calories, I break up a few baked tortilla chips on top.
