  • Thank you. That's actually really good advice. I do want to be healthy and I am trying to break the barrier, which is why I made this post. I'm going to give this a shot and try to make sure that I at least consume 1100 cal/day and so on until I am up to 1600 cal/day (which is where I should be)
  • Great Job!!! Feels great, doesn't it? :)
  • Haha and then I didn't log in and check this!! LOL. I blame the lack of notifications. Andrea - I have taken on the motto of 'If there is a will there is a way". You can do it!! And no... my husband wants to wait till January :/ I'm getting impatient, lol! Princessnelli - P90X!!! But, honestly. All it is, is daily workout…
  • That's amazing!! Good job!!!
  • So no one commented on this, but just to let anyone know who might be interest... I'm at 145 now :) Christmas is totally doable, lol
  • Hi. Keep your chin up! One way or another (through surgery or exercise) you will get there. Though I will say, as I am sure it is, surgery should always be a last resort. Either way, I am sure you are beautiful
  • Cardio and Strength training (weights). Cardio will help get rid of the unwanted fat and the weights will help tone it up

  • I have a big cup that I drink out of all day long. I just keep re-filling it with water. But just like clock work, once the last sip is gone, I have to pee. I can't tell you how many times I have to go a day! LOL
  • I am currently doing P90X. I love it! I love the changes. It's both strength & cardio training. You can choose to follow the nutrition plan that comes with it. It's tough at first, but completely worth it. :) Though I have not done the other exercises, I can honestly say I love P90X.
