  • This is more logical. If I drank 1/2 my weight in lbs. I would need to consume almost 19 GALLONS of water every day... I would die. If I drank 1/2 my weight in oz I would need to consume 148 oz. I drink about 140 to 224 oz of water per day. I find that I really do function better and feel better when I drink that much…

  • Soy is another on the top allergen list, so I just generally avoid it. I don't like the fact it can mess with hormones in the long term. I'll have to look into the other proteins mentioned. I didn't know about the pea or hemp at all.
  • It's not lactose that she's allergic to, it's the milk protein. So anything with milk in it is out (i.e. whey protein) I tried sunflower seeds today with much success. :) Was just about at my goal, and stayed under on sodium.
  • Sunflower seeds sound like the way to go, since I LOVE them. Adding them and olive oil to salad dressings should help a ton.

  • This, just moving at all, is better than nothing. Hell for me (pretty much sedentary the last 6 weeks of pregnancy, just deep cleaning the house is a cardio workout, but honestly, getting a walk in every day even when you're sleepy is great.
