My little girl is 13 months old. I started MFP in April of this year and met my 'original' goal weight of 41.6 lbs lost in November. I dropped the goal weight by 5 lbs and am 4 lbs away... So.. add me if you'd like.. I will be supportive!

I enter my weight everyday because I weigh myself everyday. However, if I have 'gained'... the next 'loss' that is only back to where I already had been.. I remove the' post' because it isn't truly a loss in my book. Now, if I end up lower than I previously had been (lowest weight) then I will leave the post. But I always…

This thread has made me feel so much better about myself and not so OCD. LOL i'm not alone in my multitude of weighing. :)

I weigh myself first thing in the morning after peeing and completely nekkid. :) TMI But I step on the scale.. see the # and then step off and repeat. If the # is the same as the 1st time, I record that number. If it's different... I step on again and usually it's the same as the 2nd #... so I take that. Best 2 out of 3. :)

how are you figuring the 750 calories burnt for biking for an hour? Are you biking VIGOUROUSLY for an hour? or, is it a leisurely pace? That still seems really high.

Feel free to add me. :) I'll support ya the best I can. I've lost 34 lbs and have about 8 to go. :)

I love my fitbit.. It bases it's #'s on what your normal routine is. Therefore, it remembers what you 'normal' activity is and adjusts accordingly. I have lost 25 lbs (20 since starting using the fitbit) and I feel it's pretty darn accurate.

Great results!!!! WOW. I started up in April and down 25.. I wish I had your results. :)

That's actually what our fertility clinic has the guys do. you stop and pick up the 'kit' (a cup and label)... you don't have sex for at least 2, no more than 4 days.... ejaculate in the cup and return it to the office within a certain timeframe... You don't need supply it 'there'... He wouldn't even need to SEE the…

My husband and I tried for 3 years before it happened. He got tested... I got tested.. everything looked good. UNTIL, they did the dye test to check my tubes and found I had a birth defect called Septate Uterus. I had surgery to 'open up' my uterus... and did FEMARA fertility drugs for 2-3 months and wah-la... We now have…

Why do you view what other people enter as cheating when it doesn't affect you? This is a pet peeve of mine on here. People griping about what others enter as exercise. I, for one, know what I normally do in a day and if an activity is against hte 'norm' of what I NORMALLY do... so i enter that as 'extra' activity. I have…

I got mine on ebay... $75

I didn't research the others but I wanted a fitbit because it automatically links up with MFP and vice versa.
-
I really really want the scale too.. SOOO BAD. Been using my FitBit Ultra for about a week and don't want to ever take it off. Though, I'm pretty sure the shower wouldn't agree with it. LOL

I was 37 (last year) when I had my first. I wanted to be a mom sooner than this... but kinda feel like I got my crazy/party stage all out early. ;)

Well said! I log my 'cleaning/housework' as exercise because I entered my 'lifestyle settings' as sedentary. So, anything that gets me up and moving and active I log. My washing machine is in the basement so every load of laundry is down the stairs and then back up carrying a basket and then up another flight of stairs to…
