I guess I'm already biased about them. I don't like the taste of pork chops.. They are hard and chewy to me. But my boyfriend loves them. Ugh. Sacrifices. :laugh:

I break out in a rash when I exercise too and I get itchy. I once heard it's from sweating.

I am with you. Water, protein and fiber do not seem to fill me when I'm hungry. I do not think I eat too badly, but I am always hungry and overcoming surgery so I cannot really exercise.. it sucks! All I want to do is eat!

you should get a heart rate monitor to be sure about how many calories you are burning. everyone is different. good luck though! you seem to be doing well. :)

I was on Alli for 3 months - I never had a problem but I was always scared to eat bad. I used it when I first started dieting so I could learn to eat better and scare myself into it. It worked! Good luck!

I was thinking of swinging by Wendy's for a bowl of chili - it's relatively low cal, and it's cold in Florida! Anybody ever try it? Is it worth it or should I look for an alternative?

No, it was a crazy weekend. Figured I'd give it another try. Plus I rbought it at ****'s Sporting Goods and I brought the 1 year warranty so I figured they'd do something. Thanks for the help.

I've tried using a lot of water, and barely any water. I have it right below my boobs, and it's not too tight or lose. My sports bra even goes over it. I can't think of any other troubleshooting ideas. Works great when I do Jillian's DVD's, but that's all it works great with for me.

I just brought one Friday and it sucks. When I WALK it loses my hear rate. Can't read my heart rate on the elliptical even when I'm wearing the chest strap. I have to hold my arms perfectly straight and even then, it only gets my heart rate sometimes. Worst investment ever. Go with a different one.

You should find out how much your lean muscle weighs, and then add a healthy body fat ontop of that. If you are at your lean muscle weight + minimal body fat percentage, that could be why.

They say not to weigh yourself after a workout because your body retains water and your muscles are swollen, causing the scale to be inaccurate.
