                Last month I got my period 3 times in one month. I am on birth control, and take theh pill the same time everyday, and I did not miss any pills. I have been on the pill for 7 years. I'm blaming it on the weight loss since my doctors have no other explanation. (No I am NOT pregnant)

                I don't have psoriatic arthritis, but I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I know what an accomplishment it is to go to the gym. Keep it up, it gets easier and your body gets used to it the more you go. :flowerforyou:

                you might need a new pair of tennis shoes. If you use them everyday, you are supposed to buy new ones every 6 months I've heard. I have rhuematoid arthritis, so the bottoms of my feet always hurt.. sorry I don't have any tips for you on this! :(

                yes I do too! Weekends sabotage my weight loss. It's so easy to be good all week at work, but on the weekends sitting at home around food or going out with people who aren't on diets or watching what they eat gets me everytime!

                I eat 2 tbsp of chocolate chips morsels when my cravings are really bad. Although I crave chocolate every day.

                I feel the same way about weight loss. The only way I can tell is by looking back at old photos. I went from 237 to 151, and until recently, I couldn't tell I looked much different. Good luck, you're soing great!

                Thanks! Just trying to get an estimate of calories until I can get a heart rate monitor. I thought there would be more information online on an estimate.. Would love to eat those excess calories! :bigsmile:

                I have to agree.. it helps me too when I'm at a stand still.

                I eat dessert everyday! :bigsmile: But I stay within my calorie limits. I only cheat once a month, twice at most. And I save my cheating days for when I am easily corrupted by my friend's bad eating habits, or on vacation. Even when I'm on vacation though I try to eat well.
