Also, if you're burning almost 900-1000 calories a day exercising (I peeked at your diary) then you need to eat more then 1200 calories. You're only netting 300 calories a day! Way too low!

Do you know how many calories you were eating before you started? If you were eating 2500 then I'd go down to 2000 for a couple weeks and then lower down every couple weeks. 1200 is too drastic of a change. I have the BodyMedia. Doesn't tell you your heart rate but it tells you your METS burned and calories burned. Tells you your total calorie burn for the whole day. Including while sleeping. Tells you your sleep efficiency, total time slept, how many times you got up (this was a surprise to me). Tells you your steps taken…

I try to burn the calories before I eat it. So if I'm craving oreos and milk I say, "Well then I have to get up and run before I can have it." Of course I never want to work harder to eat so I just don't eat it. Or I save calories for it. But I never eat it if I haven't worked out before or don't have left over calories.…

I like to put chicken in a crockpot with chicken broth and let it simmer all day. Nice and moist. As for sauce, I'd go for salsa or taco sauce in the ethnic aisle. As for taco shells, see if they have extreme tortillas by Ole! Only 80 calories, and if you go for the high fiber ones, they are a win!

If it remains after a couple days, I'd see a doctor. I started out like that. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I'm 24 years old. I was diagnosed at 18. Mornings are the worst for me.
