Anyone currently doing it? Anyone who used to do it? Please give me your feedback! Right now I am doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I've heard nothing but positive reviews regarding the Brazillian Butt Lift, but I'm wondering about MFP friends, and how it's worked for you! :)

*Topic is supposed to say Lift not Life!

I did it for a little over a month and did not feel it was worth it. But to be honest, I did not follow the diet part, so that may have been the reason. I know that it was not worth my $120, give or take, that I paid for it. I sent it back. Maybe I should have gave it more time.

Thank you. I like videos since I don't have a gym and by the time I drive to one my motivation is gone! So the videos work great.. I just need to find a good one!

You will find a lot of good reviews about it on here, but that was just my personal opinion. What works for some, do not work for others. It just was not for me. It could not keep me motivated enough. Good luck.

If you need a good work out video, I do the Biggest Loser Cardio Max.. Mmmmhhhmmm.. You will be sore!
  • I currently use the program and it is a great workout. It works every part of the butt as well as other body parts.

I liked the program and saw results, but in my opinion it should be supplemented with another comprehensive program like P90X or Ripped in 30. Also, it was definitely not worth the full price, but I would buy it again used or at a steep discount.

I thought that ot was a good "starter" program....I did't lose that much weight...I lost a good amout of weight and inches doing Turbo Fire, and INSANITY....I am now working out in the Gym liftng weights and have seen the BEST changes in my body so far!!! All that cardio got me a bit smaller, but lifting weights I have seen that my body is is WAY better shape!I am much leaner, and toned!!!

I am currently on week 2 of this program. I don't follow the diet and I am starting to incorporate other workouts with it such as walking, random exercise videos and more cardio. It really does work your bottom half (legs, butt, thighs) but I feel like my upper half is missing out! That's my only complaint. I got it at a discounted price and I suggest you do the same if possible!
  • I just downloaded it for free today on pirate bay. I know, that's not so cool. But I just can't see me spending so much money on these workout videos, then having the run around when I want to return them. By downloading them on the internet, I try them a few times and usually end up getting bored with them.
