I used a polar hrm today, recorded my heartrate for 180 min, it was interesting. My avg. Rate was 138bpm. Using a calorie expendature estimator, i burned a net 2400ish calories. Mfp estimates put me at 2422. So its pretty much really close.:wink:

Haven't found a really good way to track calorie burn from lifting.... i'm sure i'm burning something, cause my muscles tell me about it the next day haha :)Thanks for the meal.

Nah, not pissed, kind of excited with reservation, just looking for reason, understanding, and adjustment if necessary. I use jetfit for my tracking lifting. I can post my regimen if you think it'll help with some insight. Since you lift regularly, what do you eat before and after? :)

Thanks for the info, I have mixed feelings about eating back my calories after workouts, I try to eat some back, sometimes. Basically if I feel hungry I do something about it. I usually do, I grab a few of those 2.5 gal water jugs from krogers, and buy a sleeve of solo cups, put the water in my fridge at work and have cold water whenever I wish!

I'm getting approx 30-45 min cardio daily, except on sunday when i rollerskate during the hip hop session for about 3 hours, I'm actually on the floor roughly 1.5 hours total and resting, kinda interval-like, that's the biggest deficit, MFP says i burn about 1k calories during that session, and it feels like it :).
