How many calories Roller Skating at the roller rink
Can't find any good data, is MFP pretty close if I use Roller Blading? If not, has anyone used a HRM that likes skate? Generally moving at 8-12 mph, and i skate for about 2-3 hours in a 4 hour session. **edited for spelling mistake**

Could someone look at my diary, that seems kinda fast, i do cardio everyday, lift 4 days mon,tues, thur, fri. I dont usually put the lifting on mfp.

Good morning :) I have a question about excercise bikes, treadmills, heck any machine that counts my calories. Lets say I ride an excercise bike for 30 minutes, 16 mph, the machine says i burned 200ish calories, but MFP says I burn 387.... which is the right estimate? Having a problem with calorie intake while trying to eat right... Some places say you're supposed to intake as many calories as you work off to get to your BMR or Basic metabolic rate.
