Potatoes, pluses and minuses, discuss

I love the potassium in them, 2 a day give me the daily recommended, but are they too carb-heavy?

    Pluses (for me): taste great

    Minus (for me): None. I'm usually carb light at the end of the day, my protein on the other hand...

    I don't eat a lot of potatoes because they're kind of calorie dense compared to other veggie-type sides. But if I want one, I will have it. I love roasted red potatoes the most.

    So:

    Plus: delicious and filling
    Minus: higher calories

    I don't worry about carbs, I'm usually under on those.
