Thanks. I don't think steroids are for me since I'm female and don't want to wind up with a deep voice and hairy chin. HA! But I do need to lift heavier. I'm a personal trainer and boot camp instructor. I'm using a lot of light weights to get all of my clients through the numerous workouts I do. The tanning thing helps!…

Same amount of calories but high in protein and low in carbs with no sugar. Protein helps curb cravings. Make your own tea and use Truvia or agave nectar to sweeten it. I used to…

Try eating more fiber and more protein..... and drink a lot of water. I get like that and I realize I'm snacking too much on handfuls of this and that rather than planning my 5-6 small meals rich in protein and fiber (lean meat, fish, quinoa, veggies, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese...etc). If you plan out what you are going…

I'm doing pretty good! I can't stand the taste of salmon, rarely eat red meat and not a fan of carrots! Other than that everything else is a regular part of my diet! Thanks for sharing!

I taught for 10 years until our recent out of state move. I also have two little ones. During the school year I left right after school and worked out (weight training) for 45 min. Picked up my kids by 4:00 and often took them for a run in my double jogger (when it wasn't too cold for them). I packed my own lunch and…
