Try zyrtec then.. I prefer allegra but yes, you do need a prescription. I was freaked out by irrigating my sinuses too, but it helps get the pollen outta there! =) When I run everything seems to come out. make sure to bring tissue.

Have you tried taking Claritin? Try a hot shower the night before and irrigate your sinuses (netty pot). Drink lots of water... good luck!

I don't like coffee with out loads of cream and sugar so I just take a caffeine pill instead. =) Doesn't make my teeth white and I still get my caffeine. I do drink black tea without sweetener some times

If you run for 2 min, walk 1 min, run 2, walk 1... then increase run time to 2.5min walk 45 s, increase to 3 min of running...etc... you'll get there. I'm a teacher and have to be at work at 7:15. I can't get up at 4:00 to go to the gym. SO... I exercise right after work at the gym. BUT, during the summer I'm up and at the gym by 5:30/6am before the hubby goes to work. I like doing it that way best!

I went for my ride! 15.27 miles! Only fell (at a stop) 4 times! LOL but I had so much fun!!! It was freezing and windy! (not sure why it was so cold in May in Las Vegas.... but I needed winter gear to wear!). I'm going again in 2 weeks! I loved it!
