I lost 8 pounds in a month and one dress size from the dvd and that is without me ever getting to level 3. Once I can get past that level I would like to try her other dvd's. I am assuming they are longer though. I really love that I can get it over with in 20 min with 30 day shred.

I am thinking of trying level 2 today and I'm scared. I wonder if it's too much for me just yet. I have been on level 1 for 3 weeks now so I figured it's time. I have been doing the 30 day shred dvd by Jillian Michael's. It's only 20 min so you can always find 20 min to add that in. That's why I love it so much. I get the same benefits in 20 that I could get doing something else for 1 hour. It's great!

Don't be so hard on yourself. You should be giving yourself credit for taking the time to change your life. We all have to start somewhere.
