  • I'm starting March 4th...good luck to you!
  • You look amazing! Finally I have seen someone that has a very similar body to mine and similar weight with before and after pictures. You will be a true inspiration to me when I start Turbo Fire March 4th. I'm finishing up Turbo Jam Advanced Schedule right now. Thank you for posting your pictures!
  • I have Ripped in 30 and I love it. It's actually 4 stages. 30 Day Shred is the 3 stage DVD. Week 1 is pretty easy compared to her week 1 workout in the Shred in my opinion. But, boy does she take it up a notch or 12 in week 2.
  • Where is the group starting June 1st? That was when I was planning on starting mine and would like to join :)
  • I did 30DS and am now in the middle of Week 3 of RI30. I personally saw more results with 30DS, especially in week 1. I feel like RI30 focuses more on strength training and 30DS is more cardio based. That is just my opinion. I like both DVDs, but if I had to pick one that gave better results? Definitely 30DS...hope this…
  • I have this DVD and love it! I love the first workout the best. The third one is too many combos that are hard to follow without doing them a few times and by that time it's time to move onto another combo, lol. I like that it's only 20 minutes, a jam packed 20 minutes! But, on workout 1 I only burned about 161 calories…
  • Week 1 of the shred there's a lot of exercises that you put most of the impact on your toes/ball of your feet that cause your knees to hurt. For example, the cardio: jumping jacks, butt kicks, jump rope, etc...you're landing on your toes/balls of your feet. Also with the squats, remember to put all your weight on your…
  • I didn't have knee problems until I started 30 DS. It turns out when I was doing my squats I was pushing up through the balls of my feet instead of my heels. Once I switched that, the knee problems weren't so bad. Good luck!
  • I definitely see a difference, keep it up!
  • I too did 30 Day Shred before Ripped in 30 and doing week 1 I too liked it much better than 30 Day Shred. I felt like it went faster. But, that all changed in week 2. I only did week 2 for 4 days before I jumped to week 3, which I like much better, although it is crazy hard. But, the important part is I don't mind doing…
  • I have the FT40 and I love it. Very happy with my purchase.
  • That's so awesome, what an inspiration!
  • I just finished Week 2 day 1. Wow! It definitely re-inforced my hate of any plank work, lol. This was definitely harder than Week 1 strength training. Cardio wise I think Week 1 was harder. Plank work doesn't tire me out cardio wise, it's more muscle wise I get tired. During the first set of cardio with the 2 minutes of…
  • Hey all, I just finished my second week of doing week 1 of RI30. I'll be moving on to week 2 on Sunday. In March I did the 30 day shred and while I didn't lose any weight I definitely lost some inches everywhere. I could clearly see a difference in my before and after pics ( it really is important to take these!) too. So…
