I had a similar problem and I called the store's corporate office and they were able to give me the info. I got the number off their website.

I was always the skinny one growing up- underweight, as a matter of fact. I desperately wanted to be "normal" weight. After I had my 4 kids, I finally was happy being at 130ish, and stayed there for many years without trying. After my divorce, I moved back to L.A. to live near family, and I got together with my now…

when i was a sophmore in high school, there was a guy i flirted with a lot in one of my classes. he asked me to the movies, so we walked over one day after school. Coming from an optician/optometric assistant: yes, glasses and peripheral vision do not mix! :) as far as all the discomfort, it sounds like they just need to be adjusted! take them to your optician, or any optical, really. they would be happy to adjust them for you at no charge. Good luck!

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred- it is a 20 minute circuit training video. You do 3 levels, each level is 10 days.

I don't eat them often, but when I do I like the Salsa Verde. I also miss the monterey jack ones they had years ago!

That is fantastic! So happy for the two of you! :flowerforyou: Now if only I could get my hubby to do the same!

AGREED!! My scale was a part of nine scales created in the depths of mordor. The nine was distrubuted between the races of middle earth. three for the elves, three to the dwarves, and three to the humans. Over much turmoil and strife, all were lost until, a chubby girl went to walmart and bought the cheapest scale she…

i am a righty, but when i was a kid i wanted to be a lefty, so i practiced doing things with my left hand! got pretty good, too! i grew out of that phase, so now i am back to being a righty, but there are a few things i can do well with either hand!

As some people have recommended taking measurements, I did.... and yes, there is a (small) difference! Some measurements went down .5-.75 inch, while some stayed the same. I am hoping I am really losing inches, and not just measuring differently! THANK YOU for all the support! :flowerforyou:

i weigh everything with my digital scale! also, with certain foods there seems to be a high range of calories in the database. ie, boneless skinless chicken breast comes up as anywhere between 100-130 cals for 4 oz! i usually pick the 130 cal because i would rather estimate too high and not eat over unintentionally.

One of the scales needs to be calibrated. If your parents is old, it may be theirs! My dad recently bought a digital WW scale and took it to the dr's office and they measured the same. When is the last time your parents scale was calibrated?

when i was a kid i loved to dip sweet pickles in whipped cream (think cool whip).

Chicken with strawberries and balsamic glaze is really good!

I have to eat m&ms in pairs, but they can't be the same color. I have to string my string cheese I separate sandwich cookies My food absolutely CANNOT be touching on my plate. I hate things all piled together! The only things that can be mixed together are casseroles. And I generally do not like leftovers (thank goodness…

My 20 year is next month, and that is a lot of what got me motivated to lose weight! When I was in high school, i could eat anything I wanted and graduated at 105 lbs! I don't want to go to the reunion and have people wondering how I went from the skinny girl to the fat girl!

there are a lot of things since i was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, but i am working on substitutes so I am not quite so deprived. But I really miss Krispy Kreme! and being able to eat out without worrying about whether it is going to make me sick or not. :grumble:

Not jealous here! My hubby's celeb crushes are a young Jessica Lange and a young Lauren Bacall (hubs is 38, btw) so there is nothing to worry about for me!

I am not big on veggies either, but I have found that I prefer them roasted with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Or on a homemade pizza! There are also certain veggies I refuse to eat cooked (carrots, spinach and celery come to mind), and others that I can't stand raw. Just experiment some, and you will find a few…
