I walked 3 miles, then did day 2 Lvl 2 of 30DS! Resisted the soda I am trying to quit, and the chocolate that sounded so good! I also had a small NSV- i fit into some old shorts. Even though I still weigh more, I have lost inches! :wink:

I really hate "I could care less" " Don't get your panties in a bunch" and "Put on (or pull up) your big girl panties"-- this one I particularly hate. I have on my big girl panties, and that is probably why I am not so happy right now!

something else they say to do for picky kids is to add pureed veggies to sauces. pureed cooked carrots in spaghetti sauce, pureed cauliflower in cheese sauce, etc. might work for adults too! i also like to add a bit of chopped wilted spinach to spaghetti sauce (it looks like seasonings). good luck!

Vons (safeway), Kroger, or Trader Joe's, mostly. Farmer's Markets when i can get there. If i need gf food i might have to go to a specialty store or Whole Foods- but they are too expensive for everyday shopping! Oh, and I miss HEB! I am jealous of all you Texans! :smile:

pasta roni noodles romanoff flavor. i miss that! koala blue (?) drinks they were like carbonated soda. i loved the passionfruit/orange flavor! blue bunny cherry yogurt frozen pops. i used to get them when i lived in south dakota, but can't find them here in cali :frown:

i am still on lvl 1 so i can't comment on jillian. but as for natalie- YES! whenever she thinks the camera is not on her, she cheats. i think she looks like a drugged up robot on lvl one, always with the weird smile and glassy expression on her face...

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained, 2 cups cooked rice (i prefer brown) and 8 oz salsa. mix together and serve on a tortilla with optional sour cream and shredded cheese. also can add some corn. this is a favorite in our house!

quinoa, pronounced keen-wa, is the only complete protein grain! it is small, and round. kind of resembles couscous. it is a good replacement for rice and it is gluten free.
