my hubby calls me baby. its ok-- i dont mind but it seems so generic. i have a friend and whenever she calls her hubby "honey", he always replies with "sugar".

i don't drink either, and i wish i did. i just don't really like hot drinks! i like my drinks to be very cold!

I love rice too, so I limit myself to one serving (1/2 cup). 1 cup is actually 2 servings... I also do as others have suggested, and just leave more cals for dinner. We also follow the "eat what I make or make your own" rule in our house! Also, what do you add to your rice?! One cup of plain cooked white rice is 205…

I had my kids very young- starting at 22, 23, 25, 28. I would recommend waiting and living a bit first. however-- when you feel the ttime is right, don't say "we don't own a house yet" or "we don't make enough" (unless you really don't!) or something like that. there will always be a reason not to if you limit your…

i don't think it is accurate! it is showing foods at the top that i haven't eaten in weeks, and things that i eat almost every day are at the bottom.

BUMP! Thanks!

i have a MASSIVE sweet tooth. i have found that the only way for me not to eat it is to not have it around. otherwise, there's no holding me back!

I don't care. A compliment is a compliment, and I appreciate it no matter what!

i have heard that you should do all the crunches etc to tone your abs but if you want to see them, you have to do cardio (walking, running, jumping jacks, etc) to get rid of the fat.

mmm bacon sandwiches.... these were common in our house growing up, as we rarely had lettuce or tomato around!

i don't mind side salads, but i am not a "main dish salad" kinda girl. it happens on occasion though, and makes my hubby wonder what happened to his real wife...

gf items tend to have a lot more cals than "normal" food. :grumble: i also found when i cut out gluten (i have celiac) that i also have an intolerance to xanthan gum, which is in A LOT of gf foods. it makes me very gassy, i feel sorry for my hubby! there may be other food allergy issues going on. you might want to talk to…

i will pre-journal my day if i am trying to figure out how many cals a certain meal (usually dinner) is going to be and then plan the rest of my day around that.

It does get easier, as she said. I agree with most of what is said here, except I do disagree with her fave brand of pasta. Tinkyada is made with only brown rice flour and the products are hard to get to the right consistency. I prefer brands made with a mix of flours (there is a quinoa/corn one that is very good) because…
