I will do 50 miles this month! I have been struggling on what kind of goals to set. I struggle with weight loss and calories goals. I think I will get started with 50 miles this month and working out at least about 5 hours a week.

I have a 20 pound goal. It was 25, but I am down 5. I may adjust my goal but I think 20 will get to to where I want to be, I am hoping about November at the latest. I am not looking to take the weight of ASAP, just a good steady pace with eating goals I can maintain for life.

I started doing TRX and love it! I get a great calories burn and full body work out. I have a long way to go as some of the moves are very hard for me, but I like having something to aim for. I would recommend checking out fat2fit radio. I admit I have not tried a ton of diets but all that I do I was miserable. Feel free to add me. I am 5'8' 173 pounds looking to get to 150 or be in the mid range body fat %. I lift heavy once or twice a week and then do a body pump class as well as some body weight resistance stuff.

Check out fat2fit radio. Listen to a pod cast or two and see what you think. I don't know your stats but it normally suggest eating more than 1500 calories a day.
